We will cultivate skills and strategies to help you care for your nervous system, so that you can be more current in your relationships and feel more connected to your life.

  • This is a warm and compassionate 1-hour container dedicated to honouring the grief that you are currently experiencing. It might be from a recent loss or a previous one that has resurfaced. It may be grief connected to a person or animal that has died, a relationship, a dream, a place/space or even grief that has been passed down through generations. Grief is unique in that it is directly correlated to the love we have for whom or what we have lost; it is not something we get rid of. Grief is a powerful and often painful emotion that can bring with it a myriad of other emotions. It is an experience that we can learn how to companion and ultimately, grow our capacity to be with it in a good way. This is a space that will offer you a supportive environment to show up exactly as you are, without being judged. Together we will learn helpful tools and skills for working with your grief, so that you can honour what you love and allow grief to be a powerful guide in your life
